I only saw pictures and a video and took a chance and bought it. The prep and detail job they did is amazing, it’s a 2012 and… looks brand new. Our salesman, Jose, was extremely responsive. He responded to txts and calls immediately and checked in regularly. The dealership made it a very easy process and didn’t demand that we come in before buying it.
