The warranty… couldn't be better, the cars are fully loaded. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. She works with you right away, answers any questions, gives a quote and stays involved with… the process until the work is completed. She has excellent customer service. I specifically went back to Baytown Hyundai to have my service work done on my car only because I knew Charlotte would take care of everything without any problems.Excellent service department

He is extremely knowledgeable about each model and options. I had planned on visiting other… dealers the same day but after seeing what they had to offer and the price I walked out with a 2016 Elantra with every option I wanted. My wife was so impressed with the friendliness and ease of getting my car that we went back two months later and bought her a 2015 Tucson. Again Willis helped us breeze through all the details. The finance department was very helpful as well. In both purchases we were treated fairly with no pressure. I absolutely hated dealing with car dealers and their games, but, after going to Baytown Hyundai I can't remember why.Great Sales Experience

She began her search online and the next day she went up there to look at the different types of cars she had chosen. She first tried the Nissan place but she said the… guy wanted all her information first before she even saw the car. She was not to happy with the guy being a little pushy. Then she went to Baytown Hyundai and met Kim Woodburn. She immediately called me and said she had been helped by a really nice lady and that the lady had showed her exactly what she had asked for and not once did she make her feel pressure. So i drove up there met with them and we closed the deal that night. I like sales people like her it made the process fun and it went really smooth. Not once did I feel pressured. I hate going somewhere, that as soon… as you arrive they are asking for your social number and information before you have even looked at one single car. She took the time to show me all 2 different Tucsons and explained the difference between all three features and prices. I was there on a cold rainy night and not once did she try to rush me to get out of the cold. She worked at trying to get me a great deal and she did she worked with what I was looking for and some. They gave me all the thing I needed and wonderful service.
