Baytown Hyundai

We, like many others, were effected by Harvey. All of our vehicles were flooded. We spent a whole day in Houston looking for "the vehicle." I have owned 2 Hyundai's and decided to stick with what I know is great and hasn't failed me. My husband and I ended up at Baytown Hyundai right before they were closing and were blown away by their eagerness to help. TJ was assigned to us for sales. We were more than glad to work with TJ. He was very professional and patient. Because they were about to close, we told them we could not return until the next weekend (we live about 1 1/2 hrs away). We told TJ what we were looking for and what we could pay. He did not fail us. We returned the following Saturday morning, when the doors opened. The perfect vehicle was ready for us to purchase, A new 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport. Because this was already a stressful time for us, they made the process of looking, pricing, and financing painless! The GM, Jarryd, made sure of that! I think the final paper work was done through Christopher in finance and he too was a pleasure to work with...quick and very professional. No doubt, next time we are in need of a vehicle, we will go directly to Baytown Hyundai!
