by See above on 01/24/2024The Service reps responded immediately and quickly solved my problem and explained how it worked without OnStar which required a monthly subscription for a safety feature to work and use Google(not using Google)! I will not recommend GM… vehicles in the future. I will buy other brands that put Apple CarPlay on equal footing with other services (like Toyota, Ford, BMW, Audi, Volvo, ETC). Currently I’m visiting Toyota with the intent to buy one of their products. I’m an Apple user for everything with no intention of changing for a GM product.Covert Bastrop

The only reason I move our business to this dealership was due to the integrity of the staff, which started will the sales rep on to the sales GM,… and continue to carry over into the finance department. Honesty, respect, and honoring your word is unfortunately a very rare trait to find these days. However, this dealership has employed a staff that is proud to be part of a team who holds each one of their team members to a higher standard. As a business owner, I am watching the different staff members make sure that this higher standard is achieved in each department, and I it makes it crystal clear why the Covert Team has been in business for a century.We're pleased to know we have been able to exceed your expectations and help you out! The folks in part and service were friendly and helpful when I visited a week after my purchase for add-ons. Everyone was… friendly, professional and competent. Car shopping is so challenging is today's market. It is meaningful to me that this dealership isn't using the opportunity to gouge their customers by charging them more than what the manufacturers themselves value their vehicles at, or as other dealerships call it "fair market adjustment". This is… unacceptable in my opinion, why do I have to waste vacation days because of your mess up? Not sure I will buy another car from Covert again.We are disappointed by the incident you have described. We want nothing more than to work with you to correct this situation as soon as possible. Poor Practices
by JackB. on 06/27/2017I went in for an advertised oil change, tire rotation, and inspection service. After a lengthy wait, I was told by the service writer that i needed a fuel injector cleaning, which was $190. I declined this service. (While I was waiting I… heard at least 3 customers told they needed this same service) I was then told that my cabin air filter needed to be replaced and the cost was $40. When I got my bill the air filter was $39.95 just as I was told. However, I was charge $20 labor to install the air filter (which they already had out and had to put back anyway) and $24.33 for misc. shop supplies used in the servicing of the air filter. In the end, it cost me $84.28 for that $40.00 air filter. I also observed multiple customers told their air filters needed to be replaced as well. Each time they were shown a very dirty air filter. In hindsight, I believe it was the same filter each time. Very disappointed in this experience.Love My Dealer

I was offered a great price with no haggling, the car was delivered to my door, everything was explained during the process (I ordered a vehicle), the features were walked through and all my questions… were answered. Rick, my sales guy was friendly, responsive and cared. The finance manager explained all the numbers and the owner called to make sure I was satisfied. Perfect!! I have already recommended Covert to several of my friends.
