Experience was fine until I got a call saying they forgot a step and they will come pick up my car again so I have to take another day off work to wait on them to come get the car and another one for them to bring it back. This is unacceptable in my opinion, why do I have to waste vacation days because of your mess up? Not sure I will buy another car from Covert again.
