They were going to have to order what I needed to match the rest of the perfectly good tires, but couldn't get tothe "donut" tire switching for about an hour. I… took a chance and went to First Texas, since they said they had the tire in stock. I drove out safely after they replaced the tire and did a full check-over of the car.Simple Oil/Filter Change

Arrived at the service area at the appointed time… (early morning) and had no problem getting our Fit in for this service. The advisor was very easy to work with, went over the the proposed work with me and then made sure I knew where the waiting area was inside the dealership.So glad you have a knowledgeable person on EVs

I am new to the more advanced tech in vehicles and Nik was a lifesaver in explaining all the ins and outs of the all the new… features. One of the managers came into the room at one point and assumed that my male spouse was the key buyer. Kinda sexist.Great

Staff was very professional, they offered complimentary snacks and drinks while… waiting, and they even had live music! My car was checked over thoroughly and everything was done well.Great Experience

2018 Honda
by prunella007 on 06/06/2018The only complaint I have is when I actually started paperwork to purchase the vehicle, I looked at the car very carefully before I signed the papers to make the purchase. I was extremely happy that there weren't any dents, nicks or… scrapes on the vehicle, even though it had 4411 miles on it at the time. I was unable to take it that day, since the banks were closed on Memorial Day, and I was going to make a sizeable downpayment before finishing paperwork. When I picked it up that next Tuesday, the car has a substantial scratch on the right rear bumper, but due to the fact that it is the end of the 2017- 2018 school year, 27 teachers are moving rooms at my school, me being one of them, and I have 10 years worth of cabinet space to sort out, I had not had the time to call and inquire about correcting it. Additionally, it was agreed upon that the car was in mint condition even though it had been used as a loaner car for servicing issues of other owner's vehicles in the past. Otherwise, I love the vehicle, but really would it to look like it did when I first agreed to purchase it. After school lets out, I wanted to go to the dealership and discuss it and have it corrected to the condition that I was buying it in when I test drove it. That's my only complaint. So, Can it be fixed? My only reasoning is that when they were cleaning it up and detailing it, whomever, back up into something. Odd, since it has an amazing Fish Eye lens for backing up!Thank you so much for your review. We're so happy to hear that you love the vehicle. Coffee shop with an auto dealer/service attached
by RedPaul on 06/06/2018It is funny the most obvious customer experience at 1st Texas is the Coffee/Lounge area. But while the coffee is good and the acoustic guitar is a nice touch on a Saturday the reason we are there is to either buy a new car or have our… current Honda serviced. I've been a consistent customer and have a high opinion of the technical prowess of the technical staff. It is also noticeable that the service desk have been improving, more engaged, easier to navigate and better explanations of "why" and "how much". A telling point of building trust are the times work has been declined or recommended for a future date. My experience elsewhere has been a sales pitch for work that may or may not be needed, RIGHT NOW. I don't have that experience at 1st Texas.We want to take a moment to thank you for sharing.
