Dealership Service Review
It is funny the most obvious customer experience at 1st Texas is the Coffee/Lounge area. But while the coffee is good and the acoustic guitar is a nice touch on a Saturday the reason we are there is to either buy a new car or have our current Honda serviced. I've been a consistent customer and have a high opinion of the technical prowess of the technical staff. It is also noticeable that the service desk have been improving, more engaged, easier to navigate and better explanations of "why" and "how much". A telling point of building trust are the times work has been declined or recommended for a future date. My experience elsewhere has been a sales pitch for work that may or may not be needed, RIGHT NOW. I don't have that experience at 1st Texas.
