Absolutely pleased with your service dept. The only thing was it took so… long to complete the job, I couldn't pick my car up until after 3:30...worth the wait.service review

The service writer also found a recall notice that I was unaware of, and took care of that at the same time. He kept me up to date with the progress… of my service, and also provided a video of some of the work.Awesome Job

I asked to make an appt to get the key made and they told me if I had… time to wait they would do it too. So nice and polite ! I appreciated them being thoughtful enough to help.Long wait

I usually make an appointment for this service, but after waiting 2 hrs with an appointment I decided to use the “express” oil change. Will never do that again because it was a 2… hr wait! There is nothing “express” about it! Then to be charged $65 for a basic oil change was ridiculous. I love this dealership and have bought 3 cars from them, but I will think twice about getting my oil changed there again.Amazing service!

I usually make an appointment online, and when I get to the dealership they always tell me how long it is going to take. I was also surprised… to see a live feed on what is being done to my car. Service desk was friendly, went over work to be done and then over work that was done at the end. Plus it… didn’t cost anything since I’m a Rewards Member.Always great and professional service!

by ellalovespooh on 01/20/2019I brought my CX9 in on Christmas Eve to get a valve stem repaired on my driver's side rear tire. I had called the dealership before I came to tell the problem since this is the second tire out of four that were purchased a little more than… a year ago to have valve stem break. When I get there I show the lady the valve stem, when they pull it into the garage, my customer service advisor tells me there is nothing wrong with the valve stem. I am not blind! When you can bend the stem and there is a hole, it is broken. He then tries to get me to buy a new tire for the front passenger side. Mind you all four tires were bought at once. I paid for three, Mazda paid the fourth. They all should be wearing at about the same rate. I don't drive on one tire! I drive into Austin from Georgetown to get my car serviced because I don't like the service at the Georgetown dealership, and I am starting to get the same kind of service at this location, too. Needless to say I was more than mad at the interaction on Christmas Eve.
