    The week of July 15th, I stopped by Roger Beasely Mazda to test drive some of their car inventory. Worked with Landry Neely, Product Specialist, to test drive and discuss cars. As a result and his expansive knowledge about the cars and the ease of discussing car options with him, I bought the sporty yet practical 2019 Mazda 3, which provides a safe, comfortable and fun drive. Kudos to Mazda!

    My vehicle was taken in immediately at my appointment time, and was finished as promised. The service writer also found a recall notice that I was unaware of, and took care of that at the same time. He kept me up to date with the progress of my service, and also provided a video of some of the work.

    I purchased my car from salesman James Brewer. Mr. Brewer was professional and courteous at all times. He was very knowledgeable about the technology of the car and took the time to show me how to program and operate the car. After he took the time to listen to what I was wanting and needing in a new vehicle he pointed me in the direction of Mr. Wali Muhammad for financing. Mr. Muhammad knowledge and experience of the trade-in of my car and financing gave me a piece of mind. Mr. Muhammad then directed me to Mr. Kristopher, who explained the documents and financing of my car in a clear and professional matter. I was out the door in my new car. I have been driving a Mazda car since early 90s when Jim Bagan gave me the opportunity to experience the drive of a Mazda and I have been a Mazda driver ever since. Thank you Rodger Beasley for producing such well driven cars.

    Recently bought a gently used Mazda3. Steve Soskins and Stan gave me great service answering questions and walking me through the buying process. I was able to make an appointment, test drive, and purchase the car in one afternoon. I had been a Honda customer for the past ten years and I'm now a happy convert.

    I recently been in a wreck and was in need of a car quick. I knew an idea on what car I wanted. I contacted Roger Beasley Mazda and was lucky enough to be connected to Garrett. Garrett was great. Garret was to the point, no hassles and was quick to find what I wanted. Was a great buying experience even after being in a bad auto wreck just days prior.

    I came in to get my tags put on after buying my car and to have a 2nd key made. I didn't have an appt. and was told before I came that they only do oil changes on Sat. I asked to make an appt to get the key made and they told me if I had time to wait they would do it too. So nice and polite ! I appreciated them being thoughtful enough to help.

    Seems expensive for having to wait 2 hrs for an oil change. I usually make an appointment for this service, but after waiting 2 hrs with an appointment I decided to use the “express” oil change. Will never do that again because it was a 2 hr wait! There is nothing “express” about it! Then to be charged $65 for a basic oil change was ridiculous. I love this dealership and have bought 3 cars from them, but I will think twice about getting my oil changed there again.

    Granted I only go to this location to get my car serviced, the entire staff makes me feel welcome. I usually make an appointment online, and when I get to the dealership they always tell me how long it is going to take. I was also surprised to see a live feed on what is being done to my car. Mazda Central, you're always top of your game and thank you for taking care of my car.

    They will push their in-house maintenance service to seem as if it's part of the package for purchasing with them, but beware of the actual extra cost this is before you sign. They will also give you the highest interest rate they can find, if you finance with them. The cars are good though.

    Bought a 2015 Mazda 6 in March of 2015 and just purchased a new 2019 CX-9 for my wife. I have purchased 24 new cars ... the best dealer ever (ever)! Get yourself a Mazda ... Zoom!

    I am a very happy customer. My sales guy was Zach and he took great care of me. Financed though them and that all was smooth and cheap. This is my second used car from them and I will be back again.

    called in to make an appointment, was able to get next day.. showed up, was quoted an hour and a half- was out in under an hour. Service desk was friendly, went over work to be done and then over work that was done at the end. Plus it didn’t cost anything since I’m a Rewards Member.

    Garrett was the friendliest and most patient salesman I've ever come across. He helped my fiance find the perfect vehicle, and helped us navigate the difficult path of financing. She and I are both cleaning up our credit and were cornered into buying a new(ish) car due to an auto accident. Their Finance Director was amazing as well. Price was fair, and we were in and out in just a few hours. Honestly, this experience has turned me into a Mazda fan....Roger Beasley Mazda that is. Haha

    This was my first experience buying a new car and it was great. They were patient and answered all my queries about the car, car loan, services provided afterwards. I was excited to get a car that was fuel efficient and economical yet has some vroom and oomph. Steve Soskins was equally excited to show me the new features. Overall, I felt taken care of by the whole staff including their service and finance department.

    We recently leased our CX-5 SUV from Roger Beasley Ausitn (Central location). The experience was hassle free and very pleasant. Our sales contact Steve Soskins was very friendly, very informed about the vehicle and great person to have conversations on a wide range of topics. We loved our car buying experience. And not to mention we got a great deal on the car lease.
