This dealership makes the car buying experience the way it should be. I told my wife this is the best buying experience I have ever had. They worked hard to find the exact van that I wanted. They gave me the competitive price I was seeking. The service department has always provided great communication and consistency through the years.

    This was my first experience with Nyle Maxwell and I was very impressed with their response, attitude, professionalism, and the Super Center environment in general.

    I got a flat tire and took my vehicle here because the service contract I purchased recommends going to the dealer that sold the contract. At first, it seemed simple. I just sat and watched their associate make phone calls, and the warranty I purchased covered the cost. I took it in Monday morning and was told the tire would be in Thursday. Picked up the car Thursday evening, drove it to work and back in slow, rush-hour traffic. Then 10 days later, found the replaced tire flat with a bump/bubble in the sidewall. Took my car in early the next day, and their associate states it looks like I damaged the tire. He says they'll take it back and take a look. I tell him I need it replaced ASAP since I have a trip planned. He approaches later to state my warranty won't cover a rental vehicle (which is not what I asked for - the warranty should not have been involved in this transaction) and says again that I really damaged the tire. I advise him that there was not any incident that would have caused damage to the tire. He proceeds to argue that there was damage to the rim (that was already there - I did just have the tire replaced from the road hazard causing damage 11 days earlier after all). After I've waited over an hour the associate approaches again to state he can't get the same tire until 4 days later and offers a lower quality tire instead. I decline the lower quality and asked what they found after looking at the damaged tire. He states it was an installation error but still does not provide a loaner vehicle as they advertise as one of their Features and Amenities. Not only did I have to waste my vacation time on this visit due to an error on their part, they were unapologetic and did not seem to care at all that it was affecting future plans. I call back 4 days later to ensure the tire is in, and the associate tells me he called and left me a message the same day I left without a loaner vehicle or repair stating he was able to get the correct tire. However, he did not call the phone number I provided him. He states he called an old phone number, that we don't have anymore. Picked up the vehicle today and the invoice states I said I drove over a pothole. A different associate stated they added that for insurance purposes, so apparently they are filing an erroneous claim.

    I went to another dealership due to the emergency if my car overheating and they told me to make an appt. Came here, car immediately looked at even though it was late in the day.

    I was called from Chrysler/Fiat about the airbag recall, and was told it could take up to two days for the repair, and any other recall items while the truck was at the dealership. Joseph Lattanzio called a little over four hours later and told me the truck was ready. Blew me away, very grateful for the fast turn around.

    All of the managers were friendly and helpful and did not try to "pour on" the sales techniques to get you to buy a selection.

    always deliver great service,meet all expectations. Fast and professional service.Nice waiting area,like free wifi and fresh coffee.Open convenient hours and a shuttle if you need a ride to work or home.

    Pushy salesman, I hate pushy salesman. There were none here. When Glynda first approached my wife and I, the first impression she gave us was friendly, courteous, and very approachable, just all together down-to-earth. She made our car buying experience a stress-less, enjoyable one. Finance manager Nicholas Drake was equally cordial. What impressed me the most about him was the fact that he went out of his way to find us the perfect deal. I can't recall one time when he tried to up-sell us, there was none of that. I'm glad I made the choice to "go check out some vans at Nyle Maxwell Center."

    It took almost a year to get my recall items fixed, but other than that, our experience with Nyle Maxwell was great! The customer service staff and the parts employees were so friendly, professional, and they made sure that we were satisfied with their service before we left. Thanks for making our experience so smooth.

    Service manager (Al) listened carefully to my car repair/service needs and attempted to duplicate my (problem) experience while I was there. He then gave me an idea of what problem might be, which was later verified when car was looked at by technician.

    Fast response, friendly staff. Worked with me on pricing. Didn't try to upsell. Listened and responded to requests. Not too much pressure applied. Dealt in person, by phone, and by email.

    Jose in sales was winderful...very nice and accommodating. Mark, was great too...I like that you test drive with someone that is not sales driven. I felt less pressured and able to focus on the vehicle more.

    Our salesman Josh was absolutely wonderful, and I am incredibly thankful for his patience and understanding. My fiance was very nervous about buying a brand new car and Josh was extremely patient and gave us plenty of information and time to discuss the purchase and did not pressure us.

    Johnny Vance is awesome. She was no nonsense about making sure I got the car I wanted with the smoothest process. That was the quickest I have been in and out of a dealership and I am completely satisfied. I plan to return and purchase a vehicle with my significant other again next year.
