Very easy salesperson until we got to finance!
by Jaime Roberto Elizalde on 11/02/2022Went to dealership knowing what used vehicle i wanted already so that was easy. Made my offer and gave my terms. Was told they could match the offer of my lender so i went with their lender. when signing they did the switch and tried to… give me higher rate thinking i wouldn't catch it. Pulled out the calculator made finance guy go step by step and showed him the written offer i was given. He tried to use fancy terms that even i had not heard being i am in real estate and finance but in the end made them honor their rate on paper i was given. Sucked that it was suppose to be done when i got there and i just sign, but 2 hrs later i finally got my carGreat Sales/Finance Staff

Outstanding five star service!

Dillon was a wonderful sales person he took his time… with us and ensured that we found exactly what we wanted. The icing on the cake was that we weren’t able to take the car home same day so he drove it halfway and met us in new Braunfels to deliver the car the next morning! Now that is impeccable service! Then I was approached by a salesman named Dustin Vutera. He is… absolutely the finest salesperson I have ever done business with in the automotive industry! His attitude, knowledge and professionalism is unequaled and I soon found myself signing a sales contract. After I bought my car, he took care of everything, communicated proactively, got my car ready, even offered to deliver it to my home. It was clear to me that he was committed to making sure I was 100% satisfied with my car buying experience at Mercedes Benz of Austin...which I am! I will highly recommend Dustin Vutera to anyone looking to buy a car based on Dustin's integrity, attitude and professionalism. He...not the car...is the only reason I am now a Mercedes owner instead of continuing my brand loyalty to BMW!!
