The customer service at Austin MB is out of this world, from the service department, to the showroom to the sales department - top notch. WC Wright, my sales rep, made all the difference of where I bought my car. I was thinking of other makes, but WC made my experience so wonderful that I came back for a second Benz. Obviously, the best out there and the best sales rep out there too. He's funny, polite, straight-up and a delight to work with! You can't go wrong!!!
