by Happy girl on 10/12/2023Left my car for an oil change. Had a question about another issue with my car and also asked if my brakes could be checked out. About maybe 1 hour later Megan 2, called to inform me my car will need brakes soon and quoted me a price and… also contacted my car warranty people about the issue I had asked about . She gave me an approximate estimate on the cost. Also she noticed my window switches were peeling and ford had put out an extended coverage for replacement at no charge and had that done as well. Love that she was very aware and attentive to my vehicles needs and was proactive on a resolution for me. She went the extra mile on my behalf which means the world to me. Thank you Meagan 2 and Maxwell for your excellent service.It's wonderful to hear about the excellent service you received from Megan at Maxwell Ford. Oil change and inspection
by William on 10/08/2023I am happy with how things turned out, but some of the current problems with my car I have to deal with again. I bought lugnuts last year, and now I have the same problem? Expensive, but decent job

Great Customer Service

Diego even delivered the truck to me the next day (Saturday) clean… with a tank full of gas. I received text message from Diego letting me know status of parts ordered and scheduling a date to have the parts installed. I appreciate a no pushy salesman and Diego definitely delivered.Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
