Broken AC Compressor
by Driver23 on 08/28/2023I would so recommend this Dealership and such for your Repairs and replacement of stuff and part's. A little back history here had the AC compressor replaced back in June of 22 after the original one broke on my 2013 Ford Flex that has… about 253300 original miles. Replaced it and everything with parts from the Parts department and had the service department work on while on vacation. Worked out great and such and got running again. Here back a week ago on 8/20/23 car cut off due to the AC compressor clutch assembly locking up and making the car cut off and such had it towed to where I work.Got it to Maxwell Ford on the 20 of August and the problem was found and fixed by the 24th had too wait for parts and such but have no problem's with it since. All work was covered by the warranty from the Part in June of 22 so no payment on my end 👍😎 Great place to bring your car to and such and can get things done ina timely manner Ty Robert Aguilar 😎 for the good work 👍 and suchThank you for choosing Maxwell Ford! It was fine before but this time I was very surprised. Meghan helped us… and she was amazing! Very helpful and friendly.
