From the moment I walked into the dealership, Pito was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain all the lease options, answered… every question thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. There was never any pressure, and he worked hard to find a lease that fit my needs and budget. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. He was fair and I felt cared for and treated well. He also is funny and has great… stories to tell you while you're waiting for your new car! Anthony also went above and beyond and helped me out by coming in on his off day just to make sure I wasn't left stranded without a car for another day. by A Happy Grandma on 04/08/2026When I went to First Texas Honda, I'd already been to motor mile because my 2018 Kia Soul's engine had died and I really needed a reliable car. Kenneth Hall was available to walk me through the available HRV's and let me ask the questions… rather than fast talk me into anything. We chatted and he explained everything I needed to know and he sat with me in the driver's seat sharing all the more recent safety features. We came back to Honda and he waited until my son was able to come by and test drive the car I was interested in buying. (He'd been with me for hours and repeated all the info to my son.) Kenneth was cordial, fun, patient, and informative. We decided on a Wednesday evening well after 6:30 to buy the car. I returned on Thursday and Kenneth had everything organized. I now have a 2026 silver HRV and love it. I'm so glad to be back to First Texas Honda. They are all my heroes! (including the barista at their coffee bar!!)Welcome back to First Texas Honda! We know how incredibly stressful it is when a vehicle's engine suddenly dies, so we are so glad we could be here to help you transition out of your Kia Soul and into a reliable new ride. Disappointed experience
by En on 04/07/2026We had a very disappointing experience at First Texas Honda dealership Austin last week. We drove a long distance specifically to see a car that was listed online. When we arrived, looong waiting then finally met one of the staff service… support, then we were told the car was “on service” and ll go check in 5 minutes if ready or service — but we ended up waiting again over 30 minutes or much more with no clear communication or updates. No one offered us on the first place an office to join. Eventually, we were told the car was not ready to drive and may have been in an accident, despite having no accident history listed online. This raised serious concerns about transparency and why the vehicle was advertised in the first place. Why car was kept and not been available as listed. We also asked to see other available cars, but the staff showed little interest in helping us or offering any alternatives. The overall attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. Felt unrespectiful service and thanks the staff amd didnot felt wast more time or useless conv. My husband kept talking and the staff person shared his no and told him he will make sure to update him for this car status that day afternooon Or within a day or two, and as expected, recieved ZERO response and no respond to my husband call. Very disappointing experience — poor communication, lack of respect amd professionality for customers’ time, and questionable listing practices. Slimy Sales Team
by Richard on 02/09/2026Terribly disappointed in the sales team. Test drove a used vehicle, and told the sales rep I'd be back the following day. The next day, I was told the car was taken home by an employee, and it would be back on Monday. I was promised "first… dibs" by the sales rep. Upon return, and in store, The used sales manager shook my hand and agreed to do paperwork with me. Five minutes later, I was told the vehicle was being sold to someone else. No explanation was given when asked why I was promised first right at the vehicle. Just that it was going to be sold to someone else. Felt like they didn't like that I wasn't trading a vehicle or using their financing. Do not recommend. Update. Next business day, I find out the financing fell through with the previous buyer. No call or contact. Went to the dealership, to be told again, the car was sold to yet another buyer, and that paperwork was complete. It doesn't matter when you get there, or what they've promised, they will lie to get the better deal.Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the disappointment surrounding this experience. Due to strong interest in this vehicle, multiple inquiries were being handled at the same time. Our process is to continue offering a vehicle for sale until it is officially sold. In this case, another guest moved forward quickly, and the vehicle was sold before pending appointments could be completed. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate you coming in to see us. One service member took us to his office to get a better idea of what we were looking for, then he showed us a few… different models. We went over what we wanted, and over the next few days we texted back and forth. When we went back in, everything was in order, and it was just up to us which car we wanted. The other departments were very nice and easy to deal with as well. My wife usually hates car dealerships, but she was mentioning how stress free it was. We had a carefree experience, and the only stress was forking out money for the car. Pretty good problem to have.Thank you for sharing your experience!
