I went in there expecting a battle, as is typical when buying a car. The sneaky tactics, the haggling, the "let me see what I can do." Not here. Everything was transparent, friendly, and no one was pushy. No one. I got exactly what I wanted without a fight, and I left without that icky feeling of having been scammed. In fact, I feel great about the whole process and am confident the dealership will continue to impress through the years as I bring the car back in for service.
