Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

Great, no-hassle purchase of a 2010 CRV

Tuesday I drove to First Texas Honda, arriving about 7 a.m. A tech promptly greeted me, and in minutes my service advisor, Chris Sutton, showed up and got the information… necessary to start the repair process. He took me over to the desk where I could get a loaner car for the duration of the repair. By 7:30 I drove out in a CRV. On my own fault, I left two items in the loaner. I notified Chris Wednesday, and the next morning he sent me a text message that the items were in a bag with my name at the loaner desk. They were. Incredible service, and the loaner process has been streamlined since the last time I needed a car there. We've bought five cars from First Texas Honda, and the experience gets better and easier each time.Purchase of Honda Ridgeline

It was refreshing to visit a dealership/service center that actually takes care of their customers and stand by their work/product. I initially visited after my… TPMS light came on. After evaluating my vehicle, they found no issues but reset the system. A day later the light came back on. Amazingly, First Texas Honda texted me to follow-up before I could call them and I was able to conveniently text back and bring my car back in for immediate service that day. The issue was resolved in minutes. Simply amazing customer service and accountability that you simply don’t find in a dealership.
