Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

by Jonathan on 04/01/2019This was the first annual maintenance for my wife's CRV. My Service Advisor, Fred Mathis, was excellent! He was through, and had an amazing attention to detail. I was very impressed when service was completed and he escorted me to my card,… he checked that all valve covers were on the tires. And they were! I always have to check them myself, and it's very frustrating when they are not replaced. Little things like that made this a great visit!Service Review

In addition to the service I requested, they did a thorough evaluation of my vehicle, free of charge, and… found problems I wasn't aware of. They were able to add services to fix those issues without making a second appointment, and afterwards my vehicle ran noticeably smoother. I also like the pamphlet and summary of service documents they give afterwards, since it explained what the issues were, what caused them, and what was done to fix them. All in all it was a very professional dealership, and I think I will continue to go here for my Honda vehicle services.
