Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

We had done some research but probably not nearly as much as we should have. We walked into First Texas Honda somewhat nervously… and were greeted right away by friendly staff. Karl Lewis was the gentleman that helped us. He assured us right away that he was not working on commission and that his job was to help us get the best car available. He walked us through the process and helped us find an even better deal than we had been able to find on our own. There was no sales pressure, no aggressive tactics, just a genuine desire on his part to help us. The whole process, from start to finish, was amazing and lovely thanks to Karl and his expertise and kindness. We were incredibly stressed and anxious about this endeavor and Karl made it not only stress-free but enjoyable. if you need a car, come here. The building location itself was clean, quiet and friendly. The little coffee… shop inside was great while I went through the car purchasing process (which can sometimes feel exhausting). The staff is not pushy, and allows you to peruse the lot on your own -- you decide whether or not you'd like to take the next step and… talk to a sales person. Jorge Vega, from sales, and John Yoon, from financing were both great. They walked me through the various options available without pressuring me to spend more than I was comfortable spending or buy things I didn't think I needed, and went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted at a price I was happy with. Even though it was their busiest day of the week -- Saturday -- they remained patient, professional, and open to questions/discussions, which really made the process go by smoothly.
