Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

He is thorough, explains needs for repair verbally as well as with photographs, extremely accommodating with understanding issues I have getting to and from dealership… since I live in the country a considerable distance away. He is very quick to respond via text,phone, as well as email.Great first experience!

So, I typed in my comments that I wanted an oil change and MRS for the mileage on my car. This worked perfectly, and I was able to… get my vehicle serviced with no issues.First Texas Honda Team AWESOME
by MollyR on 05/30/2019Went in, had an appointment. Wayne greeted us and we went through the process of buying our 3rd Honda CRV. Treated us respectfully and kindly. Never pushy. Met financially with a compromise that I felt represented a good deal for both them… and me. From saleperson to financial manager to receptionist to barista, we were treated well. Only draw back would be the amount of time we spent waiting between each step in the process. Otherwise, amazing service, amazing choices... we will return soon when it's time to trade-in our 2012 CRV for something a little more : )Another great service visit!

Oil/filter changes have been done in a timely manner and… our service advisor "Andre" is top rate!Honda Passport Elite Purchase

He was professional, went over all the things that the service dept. would look for and if wanted anything else to pay… attention to on my car. He kept me updated. Gave me a well explained updated on what they found if I wanted that taken cared of as well. Overall, I was very pleased on his work dedication to make sure I was happy with my car service.B1 Service

I was given a loaner car and Jay explained that it would be better not to continue to drive if I thought there was a problem. It was over Easter weekend so I… expected to have to wait. I was informed on Tuesday that my car would be ready Wednesday and that everything that I went over with Jay had been corrected or checked.Excellent service
