Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

He provided his contact info when we left after looking the first time and was available for questions and answers to our… research during the next 2 weeks. When we scheduled with him to come in to purchase, he had the exact car we wanted waiting for a test drive and then helped us work the best deal. Jesse also provided us with his personal cell phone number in case we get "stuck" somewhere and can't figure out how to make the car do something. Wow! We are impressed with Jesse!Superb Service❣️

Not only did he research my vehicle history for recalls & maintenance… issues, he got the detected leaking shock absorber covered by my extended warranty.Easy and fast

I am a teacher, and only have time to shop on Sunday. The only dealership to get back to me in… real time was First Texas Honda. I could request a woman salesperson (there are two here), I could make an appointment for my test drive on my preferred day, I got a better interest rate here than at my credit union (a full point better!), and Amanda offered me choices. She made me feel like I was her only priority, made sure that all my questions were answered, and went out of her way to let me know every step of the process in advance. I always want to know the back story: this is the only family-owned dealership left (in TX?? The USA? I didn’t ask). Apparently the Hardemans (?? And spelling??) believe that folks should be treated well: guys from the Service Area and make-ready came in to grab refreshing beverages *for free*. I watched the renovation of this building several years ago: it looks brand new. I can tell you more. How much time do you have?Awesome Service
