Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

This dealership is certainly not the cheapest or the fastest, but there waiting area is comfortable and the service advisors do provide timely updates on the progress. They also do a thorough… inspection and indicate which other items will require service either now or in the future. Overall a very pleasant experience. The only thing I would have liked is for this simple service to be faster (it took about 90 minutes), but the dealership has free loaner vehicles available if your service takes more than 2 hours, so this is iconvenient if your particular service will take more time.excellent serivce

An Uber ride home was arraigned and so was a ride back to pick up my vehicle. A multi-point inspection was done at… no charge and recommendations made for repairs, replacement of needed parts. My experience was a very pleasant on and am very grateful for the service and the kindness extended me. Thank you so much.Excellent service
