Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

While I was waiting for my car to be serviced they provided a free rental. I recommend First Texas Honda… for any repair and service.Thank you for being our guest, Andrew! Trevor the service advisor and Billy the technician were great during the whole experience answering tons of questions and… taking care of the issue at no charge (there was a service bulletin by Honda). The service team gets me right in, the team points out thing outside of normal maintenance which may need attention… at a future date with no pressure to fix immediately, excellent customer service, friendly....and issues and repairs are thoroughly explained. Love the fact that the service department is open Sundays, and the coffee bar is incredible!GREAT SERVICE

During tire rotation fond a nail they called to let me know, then found another nail but, didn't charge me for the second nail. Given the fact I did not schedule… service but they still got my Honda in and out in a reasonable time.Another great service
