    When calling in I would like to speak to a human instead of being asked the same 2 questions over and over again by a bot. I spent 100k on my truck to not be able to talk to anyone there. Hitting "0" does nothing to get you anywhere. They are hiding behind a robot. Tried calling for the GM but was given more attitude than help.

    My second and final experience with this dealership. The first visit resulted in failure to disclose the full amount due at the time of payment for spark plugs, air cabin filters, etc. The Usual tune up. My second visit resulted in this dealership's failure to properly install the spark plugs and a faulty one as well. This dealership (service dept) attempted to advise me that I needed a new A/C Condenser ($600+ labor). Of course I knew it was only an engine coil & a faulty spark plug that was causing the issue. I even spoke with an extremely rude individual, the Service Mgr, an "Eddy" who proved to be just as unknowledgeable as the techs working on my vehicle. I can only assume that this dealership assumed because I am a woman I would have no idea what my service issues were. Definitely wrong. As a CEO of a business management and development agency here in Austin, TX, I can honestly say this was the worst b2c experience I have ever encountered...TWICE. Needless to say they failed to repair what they never fixed properly the first time, and wanted a labor fee of $150+ to correct their own mistake! Rarely do I post negative reviews for a business, I encourage corrective action, but as a 30+ yr consultant I must make the consumer/customer aware of this dealership's business practices. Simply horrible.

    After constantly being turned away to get my truck fixed while under warranty, getting zero response from anyone at the dealership. Even tried contacting the general manager thinking he might actually want to fix the situation and keep a customer, I got no response.

    I would like to start off by saying my Service consultant Aaron Barker was great and he was a pleasure to work with. I took my car in for a Tract Control light that was coming on , the technician suggested that I replace the Clock Spring and Manifold.The cost for both would be close to 2000 , I asked if I were to replace the Clock spring ( which was close to 600 ) it would take care of the issue and I was told yes. My car is still acting up and ligghts are coming on , I called and complained and all I was told is that " they thought " it would take care of the issue. I am now out 600 dollars and My car is still not fixed . Technicians should not quote and guiarantee anything without knowing the cause for sure .
