Nice people but not up to par overall
by Doesntmatter on 10/21/2023I was very happy with the certified pre owned car I purchased and the sales team was nice enough, but the car came with 5k more miles than advertised and the price didn’t change. After owning the car for a month and a half I had to have… the oil changed, new brakes and roaters due to the wrong brake pads having been previously put on. Even with the maintenance package it still came out of my pocket right after buying the car.Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. The only issue I have is the last 3 GM VEHICHLES INCLUDED THE FIRST OIL CHANGE FREE (WHEN YOU SPEND 30K IT IS REALLY NOT FREE). Actually received 2 at on GM dealership. I bring this up… as my daughter and I will be looking at a new GM VEHICLE in the next month and that will be my tie breaker. Also maybe spend few minutes reviewing owners manual with customer.Must say Sebastin gets 5 GOLD STARS and plan on coming in in the next month for a visit. Maybe A free LOF jumps rating to 5 STARHi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I would give negative stars if possible
by KR on 09/29/2023BEWARE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!! Worst experience ever! Dropped car off for warranty repair was told it would be 3-4 days to hear back. Never signed anything, no paperwork. After 1 week called left 3 messages for advisors and manager,… after no response I had to go down to the dealership to get answers. Met with service manager who had no idea what was going on. Finally was told a “line” to my transmission wasn’t working. They stated they called my warranty and it wasn’t covered. I requested an itemized invoice to see which parts are needed to reach out to the warranty company myself. The manager advised there were no parts only labor…. What are they fixing without parts? I reached out to my warranty company asking about the refusal of work, they advised the advisor requested parts that are not covered under the warranty.. sooooo they lied to me?? I immediately requested no service be completed and I would be picking up my vehicle the next morning. Do not go to here for any type of service the advisor “Bradley” should not be working in customer service, the manager has no idea what is going on in his service center, they lied to me and the warranty company, and charged a 1 hour of labor when I picked up, which I NEVER signed nor agreed to!!Great service!

Waste of my time
by Rodrigo on 07/25/2023I got a letter from GM saying that my C8 Corvette was ready for a recall. I set up an appointment with the AutoNation's Service Department and after two weeks with my car, a representative calls me to say that AutoNation actually does not… have the parts and I would need to go back, (I live more than 20 miles away) get my car and they would call me again when the part was available. It has been more than 2 months and nothing. Not to mention that my order was closed with the status "completed successfully" for some crazy reason. Terrible customer service even for a car that costs more than USD 100K.Hi Rodrigo, we regret to hear that your experience with us was not a more positive one. Lease of a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse

I informed him of my pricing preference. He showed me a Traverse that was on the lot.… Initially, the cost of the lease was higher than I wished to pay. I came back to dealer several days later. He showed me another Traverse in which I took a test drive. I decided I would lease the vehicle if the cost was in my pricing range. Robert worked with finance and I was delighted to take the lease. The entire process was quick and efficient.
