AutoNation Chevrolet West Austin

Sales guy was very nice and got incentives to help me pick the truck I wanted. Once that was done, the nightmare began. Pressured to finish the sale (saying I could not drive my own truck home and come back tomorrow since I was trading it in), the final price was not even close to what was advertised online (about $3,000 more than they advertised), and pressured into services. Finally once I was able to get some sleep after being at the dealership til 10pm, I looked over the contract and realized that I was misled with "I got you an extra rebate" and that was not on top of the price advertised on the internet for the exact truck. Any attempt to talk with a manager or anything was met with flippancy and disregard. Will not be recommending Autonation to anyone and will not be back.
