onOver the past year my truck has set at the dealership for a 4 months. I’ve dropped it off for the same reason 3 separate times just for the problem not to be solved. My vehicle has set for months without being serviced and I’ve spent thousands on services just for nothing to be fixed. This is completely unacceptable and is not going to be accepted. Tim Scott and the rest of the service team at chevy west Austin are the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. They have zero accountability and zero pride for what they do.
