I had an appointment and within hours, they took care of my truck, including a recall, oil… change, tire rotation, and an engine noise. I am a customer for life.Lost power

Exceptional Customer Service

I had to wait several days for my car to get into the shop to be looked at which was very frustrating. But the service I received made up for it! Once I… dropped it off Mike Joiner took care of me with a rental car. They got my car fixed fast and Mike did a great job with keeping me in loop to what was wrong with my car and that it would be covered under the warranty. I had my car back within 24 hours, good as new! I’ve been a Chevy owner for 12 years. Overall excellent service.Great and easy process
