    My wife and I had looking at an Equinox for a few months and finally decided to head in and look at a few. We made an appointment with Jeff and let him know our situation and he was ready to help us every way that he could! He helped us get the deal we came in looking for and we left more than satisfied with the service. We are definitely getting all our vehicles from this dealership and recommending everyone we know to go there

    They have written a new book on how to buy a car. Great deals! Good experience from sales, sales manager, to the finance person. Great service, you may go in just to look, but the deal will be so good you will buy. Very happy customer!

    I called the service manager last minute before they closed one night. It was an emergency, I needed to get my truck into the shop to get fixed so I could get back on the road to work.     Family had spent the previous week at a Florida beach and we needed the inside and outside cleaned. This 2018 Traverse was just purchased a couple of weeks ago and I wanted it returned to showroom clean. Vandergriff Chevy did a very good job and I would recommend this service to others.

    I had an awesome experience with Vandergriff! I had a salesman name Jocelyn and another young alone with her who was in training at the time. They both were professional and sold me a car in a timely manner. I give them a five Star for their service.

    An offer was made, agreed upon in good faith, and mutually verified in a detailed written quote between myself and Vandergriff's sales representative for the purchase of a new 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe in exchange for two trade in vehicles (a 2008 and a 2015 Tahoe, both in excellent condition). After traveling over 350 miles to Vandergriff with both trade in vehicles, our sales representative informed us that he mistakenly entered inaccurate mileage into their system by leaving off a digit, causing a variance of exactly $5,000 or approximately 12% above the previously agreed upon price. This happened after the inspection of the trade in vehicles by Vandergriff staff. No concerns or contradictions were ever communicated by Vandergriff or its representatives in any form or at any time, including during our time on site, concerning the quality of either trade in vehicle. The mileage on both trades were verified and sent to Vandergriff's sales representative on multiple occasions, well before travel, including actual pictures of both odometers as well as verbal confirmation. Upon communicating that the new terms would not work for us, Vandergriff's sales representative offered an additional $1,000 on one of our trades and an individual who identified himself as the Sales Manager (apparently not the same individual identified as such on the Vandergriff website) offered an approximate $500 on the other. The representative's alleged mistake rendered our bank's financing useless as it would have put us at least $2,500 over the maximum value of our bank's auto loan check. We left a reasonable $1,000 in the bank check limit for overages, which we offered unsuccessfully in addition to $500 we agreed to put down before we arrived as a deposit to hold the vehicle. These facts literally left us with no path forward and no choice but to decline Vandergriff’s final offer and return home at a personal loss of approximately $550 including transportation and lodging costs associated with a trip for which we had no other purpose. Other unquantifiable expenses include credit impacts from the pursuit of financing, loss of time/productivity, and emotional impacts from the somewhat traumatic experience. We have reason to feel that this, and other, highly unethical bait and switch tactics were potentially employed by Vandergriff's sales representative and Sales Manager. Their behavior and perceived low level of sincerity concerning their "mistake" certainly did nothing to reassure us to the contrary. Our main objective in writing this complaint is to inform other potential buyers, especially remote buyers who are naturally at higher risk, so they are aware of Vandergriff's actions in our case and may attempt to avoid the same unfortunate outcome during their experience.

    Paul, the service rep who helped me explained the whole procedure in detail and gave me an estimate for the service. He gave me an approximate time for it to be done. He called later to say he had been able to lower the cost. When I picked up the car, everyone finished the payout and brought my car to the door washed and ready to go.audine

    I really appreciate how they kept me in the loop when they had my car, I knew there would be a wait but they got my in a loaner car within minutes and had me on my way. The guy I worked with was Paul Jennings and I really felt like he had genuine intentions unlike most people trying to see how much they can make you spend. I definitely will be back to keep my car updated.
