    Very bad experience. The sales guy "nick" negotiated price and agreed to a good price over internet and phone. Showed up at dealership and price went up $1500!! Didn't buy car and left the dealership. The guy calls me several times and promises $600 more than initial price. They had the car with my color choice so I went back, the price went up $2500!!! because the guy thought he could give the car for what he called me for and now he couldn't. Very dishonest staff Absolutely no value for customer's time Rude manager rule of thumb: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP & NICK!!!
    • We had vehicles on the lot that we would have been perfectly happy selling for the quoted price. The reason the price was different is because the gentleman above chose a vehicle on the showroom that had been loaded with accessories. The gentleman wanted the accessorized vehicle for the same price. Totally understandable, just not very realistic. This happend on the last day of the month, and on the very next day Acura changed all of the incentives. So when the customer came back in the following week the prices had changed. The customer was aware of the impending changes to the incentives and didn't quite realize how good of a deal he had until it no longer existed.

    I would recommend everyone to Vandergrift acura in Arlington we walked in thinking it was a long shot due to poor credit and a repo but after having a great sale associate Darren b. we were able to get a nissan altima with low payments I was very pleased with the speed and professionalism of Darren as well as the others

    Our experience with Daren B. II (salesman) and Vandergriff Acura was truly a 5 star rating. We bought a 2012 Acura TL last weekend and was very impressed with the entire experience ... from beginning to end. Daren was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and was not pushy at all like some other annoying salesman can be. The reputation of the TL and Acura sells itself. The Acura is far superior to the 2006 Lexus IS250 we traded in. This is our 3rd TL and the car is phenomenal to drive. They have improved upon it a lot over the last few years. We will recommend Acura and the dealership to our friends and family with confidence.

    Went over to Farlington today to look at a used Vehicle. Here is a summary of that adventure at Vandergriff Acura: I live in Plano and noticed an ad about a used high mileage 2000 BMW 223i. So it was a long trip to your dealership. I spoke with two folks before I left to ensure the vehicle was still available. We arrived, asked for the person we spoke with, but he was unavailable. Another salesperson was kind enough to let me test drive the vehicle. First and Foremost, this vehicle should never have been for sale. If your dealership really thought there was value in this vehicle, then you reputation is now shot. Upon attempting to start the vehicle, the dashboard idiot lites all turned on. Who in the name of God would by an automobile with all the idiot lites shinning brightly. This either was a come on for a sale knowing a person intelligence would not offer for this vehicle. I had offered unseen $3000, but the manager refused to negotiate, stating the internet price was the best he could go including fixing the check engine code(s). Obviously at this point we all knew this car was toast. Yet he offered to have a tech check the codes. For some reason that took over a half hour, when it should have taken less than a minute. I assume another tactic. I assumed this car was presenting a list of codes. After a half hour the manager came and told me that it was showing a bunch of codes.... with that I stopped him. If this vehicle had been through your alleged check these lights and codes certainly would have displayed. In addition the Windshield had 2 severe cracks. This was the most ridiculous offer I had seen since living in CA, and talking to Cal Worthington..... [violative content deleted]! Then the final insult, offering me a high mileage Acura.... the end of the bait and switch. And the end of a business deal. I was stunned that your dealership would jeopardize your reputation on this kind of vehicle. With that said, I will post this on enough social network boards for folks to read, and reach there own conclusions. I know I could not have had a worse, insulting experience shopping for a car.

    Don't go here!! What ever you do. Our experience was bad from the beginning. First it took them 5 of our evenings that we had to drive out to Arlington, we live in Roanoke, Tx so it's a 45 min drive with no traffic. And they knew this. Still making us drive every night after work to do paper work. They lied about the warranty we bought for the car. I asked them twice. If it was a factory warranty and if we could go anywhere to get it fixed. Because I knew I would never go there to get it fixed. And they said yes. When my warranty came in the mail a couple months after my purchase. It showed a Deductible if we took it to any other shop but theirs. And worst of all it's not a factory. I need to do more research to see what I can do about this lie now. The first used vehicle we were interested in. They were trying to add fees saying that every car that comes in they "tint" them and put "wheel locks" on them. But when I looked on line at their own car fax report they had listed. It showed the prior customer purchased the car at their dealer 4 years earlier and that was all done back then. So when I asked them why they were double charging he of course "ran" back to the "bosses" glass hut. And just took off the fees, but never said anything about it again. I'm now in the process of writing to the BBB on them. I don't want what happen to us, happen to you. SO please take my warning. Yeah all dealers are a little dishonest! But this is the worst. Just go read all the reviews. There pretty much the same complaint. There were so many numerous things they lied about. Here and there threw our process. That we had to have them take the fees off. The sales guys was Rob so make sure you for sure watch him when you go. If you at least don't take my warning. ***DISHONEST*** that's all I can say about this horrible dealer!!! Only gave them 1 star because they make you at least give a star! But I wouldn't even do that if I had the option.

    After a very Bad experience at Mac Churchill. I called Vandergriff and spoke with David in Sales. I told Davod what we had to trade in and what color and type of vehicle we wanted, and what we wanted to pay for the car. David told me he would call me back within 15 minutes. David called back after 10 minutes and said that Vandergriff would except our offer. We went to Vandergriff the next morning and met David. The Acura TSX was just as he described and they sold us the car at the price discussed on the phone. while waiting on delivery of the car we purchased I spoke with some other customers that were getting oil changes. Everyone I spoke with said that they were very pleased with Vandergriff from Sales to servise. One man told me that his family had purchased 10 different Acura's from Vandergriff and they had always been treat like family. I would defiantly recommend Vandergriff to my family and friends!

    I bought an Acura ILX, and have not bought a car in 13years. Jeff C., the Internet Manager, made the process so smooth, easy, and exciting!! After my car died on me as I was driving on the highway, I was forced to consider getting a new car. I looked at pre-owned Lexus' and brand new Nissan's and they just couldn't compare in my opinion for features vs. price. I told Jeff what I was looking for in a car, and what price I could afford and he found it for me. He was quick and responsive throughout my decision making process, always giving me the information I needed and requested. Jeff and the other managers and staff were friendly and helpful. If you're going to buy a car, work with Jeff C.!!! He's the absolute best :) He even called to check on me that evening to make sure I got home safely, and enjoyed the ride home!

    I had an excellent experience with Vandergriff Acura in Arlington, TX. , when I made a recent purchase of a RDX. Paul R.n was my salesperson, and he was very patient with my multiple questions, indecision about color and decisions about what options I wanted. Thanks Vandergriff - my fourth purchase from them.     Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience for both first time buyers and seasoned vets. When my baby of 10 years starting rebelling, I didn't know how I would be able to part with her. After researching various dealerships and car companies to make the transition into a new relationship, I felt my decision to walk into Vandergriff Acura was definitely the correct choice. From the moment I walked in the door, Lois made sure all of my needs were addressed. I didn't feel like she was there to sell me a car. Relationships are important and she understood how big of a decision I was undertaking as your dealership will be in your life for the next 3-10 years, depending on your purchasing preference. She was patient and never rushed me into a decision. The ultimate professional. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, please do yourself a favor and go see her. Trust me, you will be happy with your decision. Plus, you can't ever go wrong with the Acura brand. 10 years going strong.

    Alex R. provided the best auto buying experience for our family. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. Compared to past experiences I give Alex an A+! If you’re looking to buy a car I definitely recommend you to have him help you. He worked hard for us as well maintaining excellent public relations, I can't say that for all the agents there but if family or friends need to make a purchase we will be going back to Alex.

    When reading these reviews, please consider how old they are. It appears as if no one has posted a review in over a year. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Walked in with little or no expectations due to my own circumstances (upside-down in my trade, low credit score, etc) and walked out with the exact vehicle I wanted. It took a while, but purchasing a vehicle usually does, so that wasn't an issue. I've purchased from several different dealerships and none has impressed me like the staff at Vandergriff. They worked very diligently to finish my transaction. If you think there's no chance you can buy the car you want...just give them a shot...they will surprise you. Make it your first stop when you're car shopping. Even if it isn't an Acura you're looking for, they have a huge selection of pre-owned vehicles.

    I've worked in sales for years and can spot a bad apple and smooth talker. Jeff C. did us very well. He new my needs for a car with lower miles than the one we were settling on and worked to get us in a better one. We got a great deal on a car with everything i wanted at a price we could afford....and in a responsible financing agreement. He stayed more than an hour after closing just to say thank you and see us off. We're immensely satisfied.

    I submitted a price request via Edmunds.com, and within a short time I was contacted by Tom P., Internet Manager at Vandergriff Acura. He was very pleasant to talk to and proved to be super knowledgeable about the MDX I wanted to buy. He also offered me a very good deal, attractive enough for me to drive an hour down to Vandergriff instead of buying from a closer dealership. Based on my experience I can recommend Vandergriff Acura and Tom P. in particular. I like the fact that Tom did not use high pressure sales tactics, although other people I talked to at Vandergriff were more aggressive, so your mileage will vary depending on what salesman you get.

    My husband and I had been looking for a used SUV all day one Saturday. Vandergriff Acura was our "one more stop" before heading home. Boy did Jeff C turn our day around. He was knowledgeable and found several cars for us to look at. The selection of used cars was better than all the other dealers we went to. We looked at 4 or 5 cars and drove 2. We didn't find what we wanted that day, but our dealings with Jeff didn't end there. He sent an email and called on Wednesday saying he had a Lexus he wanted us to look at. It was exactly what we were looking for, and right in our price range. When it came to talking numbers and credit the whole Vandergriff staff was excellent. They made the whole experience pleasant even with our 4 year old with us. They made her part of the experience too. I have a car I love and a great experience to remember. I would recommend Vandergriff Acura to anyone.

    Matt K. was very patient and helpful. I'm not sure if he really didn't know much about the car we ended up purchasing or if that was part of his sales pitch but we appreciated him helping us get as much info as possible on the vehicle. We realize that most dealerships hardly ever carry used cars below $10k but he went above and beyond to try and locate a vehicle that fit our budget. If you want to spend time with a customer service achiever and overall nice guy I recommend you to go see Matt!

    I was very specific on what model, color and package I wanted on a used MDX. On my first visit Wade was very friendly and helpful. Although, the dealership did not have the specific vehicle I was looking for, Wade took my information and committed to helping me find a vehicle. Wade called me a couple of times when the dealership received a vehicle that was within my specifications. Wade's service was above and beyond when he observed a trade-in on the vehicle I was wanting. He immediately called to inform me of the vehicle that wasn't even listed on the dealerships website. Wade's commitment to serving us and his professionalism during price discussion was fantastic. He made us a very happy buyer!
