    Vandergriff Acura and our salesperson Edna Lopez made the recent purchase of our 2014 Mazda 6 easy and satisfying! From the moment you enter their offices, you know you are going to be well cared for. Without a doubt, Edna is very personable, kind, and intelligent - eager to make the car buying experience as smooth as possible! Will definitely look here FIRST when making our next purchase!

    I can not stress how wonderful our Sales person was! Edna Lopez was never "pushy," but simply let my husband and I enjoy the test drive as well as exploring the lot. I told her the maximum amount I was capable of paying monthly and she and her manager made it happen. Shocking! As a female, and this being my first car to purchase as an adult, I was expecting anything but the experience I had. Thank you so much to the Acura team that helped me that day!!! I love 2016 ILX!!! I highly recommend anyone considering an Acura to seek out Edna. She'll take great care of you!

    This is my second vehicle from Vandergriff Acura. While the first time around was a bit stressful, this second time around could not have gone any smoother. The reason why you ask? Jeff Carter, of course!!! I could not have asked for a better experience than what Jeff provided. He's funny, personable, knows his stuff and made me feel very comfortable. By the time I left the dealership, I felt like I had just visited a long time friend, instead of a salesman. If you go to Vandergriff Acura to purchase your next vehicle, ask for Jeff Carter. I promise, you won't be sorry! I would also like to add that I will never drive another make of a vehicle. You want a luxury vehicle without the price, get yourself an Acura. Safe, dependable, beautifully made and better price than any other car out there.

    Recently purchased a new MDX from Matt Crouse at Vandergriff Acura. He and Edna provided great service, answered all my questions, and continued to do so after my purchase. I actually paid more and drove further than a competitor due to their service. A great experience that will lead me to come back when it is time for our TLX in the near future.

    I visited the dealership to look a new vehicle and did not expect to buy one. Tom Phan was my sale person. He was really patient with me. He took his time to figure out my wants and needs and found me a vehicle. I love my new car. The managers were really friendly. Excellent customer service!!!

    The team work at Vandergriff Acura make our dream come true. We present them with a challenge and they went above and beyond our expectations. We start our searching online and found Mr. Jordan Reddish. His approach, help us fit our needs without any sales pressure but more incline towards our satisfaction. Michael Pfleger and Garret Martinez extend their welcome mat from the get go, helping make this experience enjoyable and possible with their level of dedication and attention to every little detail. From "lets work with that" to"let me help you peel that little sticker", they did everything possible changing our mindset about buying a car experience. We loved it. Thank you Jordan, you are an asset to Vandergriff Acura!!!

    Recently bought a New ILX from Vandergriff and walked out feeling like I got a good deal. Everyone I talked to was professional and very easy to work with. Love the gas millage on the new car and will have no problem going back to this dealership in the future. Just remember to ask for Cliff when you walk in, He's a great guy and helped tremendously.

    If you want stereo-typical high pressure sales, this is definitely the dealership for you. Trying to return a vehicle I encountered rudeness from Steve Morrell at Vandergriff. And a run-around from sales staff while trying to pressure me to lease me another vehicle. Expect feigned ignorance of how to do a return unless you are trading for another car from them. Usually people in the retail business are darned nice and polite. That's the way Fort Worth usually is. But Vandergriff in Arlington is part of a large chain with high turnover in sales staff. If they ain't making a sale they do not want to help you -- in my case with a lease return. One quick call to Mac Churchill made me realize that a family owned business cannot afford to be rude. Carlo the manager at Mac Churchill was a gentleman from whom I will go back and buy a car. And by the way, the service department at Vandergriff was excellent. When I had a battery fail I was in and out quickly. And the Acura is a superb vehicle. But internet Vandergriff salesguy Steve must've had a bad day and he had to pass that on to me. You have two choices in Tarrant County for your Acura. I recommend you stay out of Arlington and go to North Fort Worth instead.

    The staff at Vandergriff Acura are awesome! From the very beginning, Wade and the guys there took care of my needs and were diligent in getting the best deal for me. Everyone worked together! And I've never experience such great customer service in a car dealership. Everyone was friendly and I've had several follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied with my purchas. I'd definitely recommend Vandergriff Acura to anyone looking to purchase an Acura! Thanks Vandergriff Acura!!!
