by L Guzman on 05/17/2024I drove over 1hr and I arrived at the dealership at 7:40PM. I was not told to leave at any point. I only went to get an appraisal for M340i. I wasn’t planning on purchasing a vehicle until next month. BMW of Arlington by far has the best… customer service a dealership has provided to me in the DFW area. I have visited many BMW dealerships and I purchased my M340i at the BMW of Dallas. It was such a horrible experience and feedback was provided to management that didn’t care. I’m really impressed honestly I had a friendly conversation with the manager after I told him I was a Veteran. My sales rep was Andreas Arapis and he was amazing. No pressure at any point. I told them I wanted a X5 M black on black and it’s exactly what he pulled up no questions asked. I looked at the vehicle while my trade was being appraised. Next thing I know I’m omw home in my new 2025 BMW xdrive40i. My decision to purchase from them was solely made on the service. I really don’t have more words. The transaction was not 5-7hrs long like it usually is either. It was fast but I was also the only customer there after closing lol. I was not asked to leave a review at all but I wanted to take time out because I know most times people leave reviews when negative things happen. Two words of advice to the owner of this dealership would be to promote BMW of Arlington more. I only found this dealership because I visited Dallas Dodge which is under the same ownership from what I was told. Dallas Dodge had some vehicle from BMW Arlington on their website. When I google BMW it shows like 6 and non of them have ever been BMW of Arlington. Some social media exposure wouldn’t be bad seeing that they have some sales reps that actually look like models. You should provide Dallas Dodge and Rockwall Ford a customer service training because they are horrible starting from management. I wish I would’ve found this dealership sooner. by Nononono on 04/23/2024Certified pre owned car was given to me with burnt out bulbs, no coolant, filthy air filters and fluids. My guess is that somebody put gas and a for sale sticker on it and I got it just as the previous owner left. I'm in the market for… another car now but definitely won't be purchasing from BMW of Arlington.Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.
?When? When were you planning on getting back to me ? Update: dealer attempted to sell me ikon tech tracking device for $500. I of course declined.....low and behold, guess what I found installed on my car anyway......tracking device. This dealer is a huge scam..... buyer please please PLEASE beware.

by suzaugust on 04/10/2024I took my vehicle in to have its annual service on 4/5/24. A vehicle left to me by my deceased sister. I received two spam texts and one phone call from your sales department while my X3 was being serviced. Your sales team was certain that… I could "rid myself from the grief" of maintenance and wear and tear on my 2018 X3. I am not impressed with your marketing tagets and practices. Not only did you insult the memory of my dead sister, you insulted your own engineers and assembly crew with your off the mark efforts to "get a sale under your belt" ...and by three different salesmen, no less. You need to tweek your "AI" to exclude me from your little game. I am not a statistic.Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.
