Terrible communication from service
by 2023 Chevy on 01/21/2023Someone needs to call me back. Gordy and the general manager should know my situation and get involved. I just bought the brand new truck on the 6th and the CEL has come on 3 times now. Nobody from service will now answer my call or call me… back like I have been told twice. And I called 3 different numbers for service and never got an answer on any. Even left a voicemail and don’t get a response. Truck has 500 miles on it. Brand new, CEL 3 times and nobody is being helpful. Lemon law has almost approached us with this vehicle. And they already sold my vehicle trade. So I need some executive and upper management involvement in this to show Autonation actually cares for their customers and not just a dollar bill.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Oil change experience
by New Customer on 01/20/2023I showed up for an oil change for my for the second time on my new truck. I drove into the building and expected someone to come out to see what I needed. Didn't happen. I walked through the glass door, wasn't sure if I was supposed to and… saw four people one at a computer three others talking about some jerky someone had. Nobody asked if I needed help. I finally asked if I was in the wrong part of the building, then someone asked me if I needed help. I waited on-site for the oil change and when I was to sign out I felt marginal. The counter where I needed to sign papers was really really clutered with stuff it didn't feel customer interaction was a priority. My truck oil was changed very satisfactory an a short time and ever got a wash. by Frank on 07/04/2022Bought a used corvette from Autonation. I inquired about the car through email on a Sunday. Early Monday morning after they had opened, I was contacted by Louis. He was very responsive and sent all information requested. I made an… appointment to view and drive the vehicle. Louis picked me up at the airport and walked me through the whole process. His Sales manager, Lance, was available and spoke with me personally, as he did with all potential buyers. Ed did the finance paperwork and had the paperwork done in less than 30 minutes. That included printing, sorting, signing and explaining each document. Autonation ensured I had a positive experience, did not ever pressure me and fulfilled all promises. Worst service ever
by David on 03/29/2021Don’t buy anything from this dealership, I bought a used 2014 silverado about two weeks ago and the back of the driver seat was broken but they told me the day I bought it they would order the part for the seat that day and then they called… me a few days later and told me to bring it in so they could see what part to order so i did and by then the transmission started making a knocking sound so i told them about that when I took it back in and was told I would have to make a service appointment to get it diagnosed so i did and dropped it off the Thursday afternoon before my appointment on Friday and was told the seat would be fixed and the transmission diagnosed Friday so i waited until Saturday and didn’t hear from them so i called a little before 4:00 because their website said they were open until 5:00 on Saturday and the person that answered told me she would check on it and put me on hold and then apparently went home for the day because I was on hold for 30 minutes and finally hung up and tried calling back but no one answered so i called the sales department next door and was told the service department closed at 4:00 so Monday afternoon I drove all the way across town to check on it and they hadn’t even done anything so while I was waiting in the office the service guy took it in the shop and put the part on the seat and came back in and said his transmission guy listened to the truck (not checked fluid pressure and all the things he had told me four days before when I dropped it off that he said would take a couple of hours to do) just listened to it and said that when gm changed the fluid pumps from a gear type to a vane type pump that’s normal and they all make that noise and when I told him that my cousin has the exact same truck and other people i know have silverado trucks the same year or newer and none of their trucks knock like that he said that right now gm is paying $150 an hour for warranty work so it’s in their best interest to find something wrong so if his transmission guy says there is nothing wrong then there is nothing wrong (I guess I should mention that the truck came with a 90 day 4000 mile warranty) and that’s when i got up and left because I can’t stand for someone to sit there and lie straight to my face. So I guess I will take the truck to a real transmission mechanic to find out what is wrong with it and see if they might be able to fix it after a real mechanic tells them what to fixHi David, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership.
