Dealership Service Review
I called and made an appointment for 4:30 pm. When I arrived I was told that she couldn't find my appointment in the computer or even find me or my husband in the computer (we purchased the car there and have done oil changes there since purchased). She checked and was able to get me in anyway. She asked if I wanted Air filter and cabin filter replaced. I told her only if they NEED it. After almost an hour and a half I asked how much longer and was told that they had ordered the filters and were waiting for them to arrive (this was 15 minutes before closing). I told her that I should have been asked if I wanted to wait for the filters to arrive or not. Then I was asked to bring my car back the next morning, and that I would receive a discount and a detail job for my trouble (terrible job). I did take my car back and the filters were replaced, I got my bill and was charged over $150.00 for filters and labor. I will not take my car back again, I will find another place for my oil changes.
