onNot impressed. I had a problem with my AC. I got online and requested an appointment. They said I could bring it in within 2 hours. I was online and I chose the dealership that was closer to where I live because I requested a shuttle home. I went to that dealership to drop it off and was told to take it to the other dealership that I had just passed about 4 miles back. I dropped it off and the phone system is awful in which I had to continually try to get updates because it was about 5 days before they even pulled it in. About 4 days later they worked on it and told me it was ready and I picked it up. It's still not working right.
