  • Silverado 1500 turn signal problem

    When i scheduled service i was told they would diagnose and call me back the day i took it in. When i arrived i was told it would be 7 days before they even did diagnostics on the problem and i would have to leave my vehicle there on the… lot to keep it in the que. I think that is ridiculous if you have to make an appointment you should get the vehicle right in for diagnostics and get it fixed. 7 to 14 day is ridiculous for a turn signal switch. That said i commend the service personel as they realized this is a work truck that cant be down that long and got it diagnosed and fixed within a couple of days.

    I had a pleasant and expedited experience with Austin and Tim for this truck purchase. I have purchased several vehicles through Tim and as always it was spot on excellence. Chris was very courteous and worked with me on my trade in and… gave me top dollar. The finance/closing lady went above and beyond and closing was fast and professional. It was a great experience with a great Team. I will do it again.

    Ann Marie is the best very helpful we came to 1/40 instead the one on Coulter to see her she is very good with her customers we will follow her we live closer to coulter but I will drive across town to see her very helpful knows her stuff… !!!!!!

    I have been using AutoNation for years. Very friendly and helpful advisors! Got my car’s oul changed and new front brakes. They even washed my car however, the floor mara didnt have the paper protection on it and my floor mats did get… dirty but the service advisor got them cleaned up for me and had me on my way. It did take them awhile to get my service completed but overall great service!!!

    Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Waiting room was perfect. However I had an appointment for 9:00 which I arrived on time for. It took two hours for my oil change to be completed. That is entirely to long.

    We made an appointment for an oil change on a 2023 Yukon. My wife and kids went up there and she called me and said they quoted $170 and an hour and a half wait (even though we had an appointment) I called the service desk for an… explanation and was just told that was the price. I told them to pull the car up front and my wife went elsewhere and got the oil changed for $85. Now I see why this was the only place in town with appointments available. We certainly won't be back.

    My car was in the sales department for a check engine light and it was in there for EIGHT days without not even a diagnosis. Every time i attempted to call, I was never able to get a hold of someone. FINALLY, after pushing for answers, the… manager told me I would get a diagnosis before noon. I receive a call and they couldn’t even give a diagnosis on mh vehicle because of the computer system. This could’ve saved me EIGHT days of waiting around and my car not once being looked at. I genuinely hope I do not have to come back to this department.

    The oil change service to longer expected with knowing the place wasn’t that busy. I also was there to get minor fix on my brand new 2023 truck and was told had to schedule for another time.

  • ON THE ROAD NIGHTMARE

    I was traveling in a 1999 Chevrolet 3500 Express Van with 39,000 miles. Our transmission read at an Oreilleys said it needed a filter and selinoid. Thought Chevrolet would investigate and repair. They went easy expensive route and said… we NEEDED a brand new transmission $6300 - not only did they pull a cash grab but they cost us $200 a night for hotels for an entire week!!!
