Oil Chg, Tire Rotate, and cab filter replace

onLeft car for the day to have this sevice completed. Shuttle staff very nice. Service Rep very nice as well but had wrong receipt in my folder with my keys,..rang up the CC Charge and I questioned because didn't have cab filter on the charges....also was diesal oil. Had to credit that charge. She found the correct receipt and we verified all was done....fine and good, also gave me my discount based on Cadillac coupons I had. I did notice the car was washed somewhat...windshield was still dirty...bug spots and just not clean. Then they parked and the sprinklers came on so it got all spotted again. Overall service was good....just not pleased with what should have been a clean car?
