Mixed emotions

onMy Chevy has been in the shop so much I have many different experiences. This last one due to the wrong information being communicated from service to tech they had my vehicle 9 days and couldn’t find what was wrong. Never called me to give an update. I had to call. I had to rent a car and still waiting for reimbursement on that since the issue finally was diagnosed as warrantied. But I’m the one that has to call to find out what’s going on. Other than that everyone is nice. Still waiting.
