    Just stating my experience. I don’t think they did their due diligence in fixing my tire leak and then the rep argued there was no leak. Also they didn’t make any effort to get me a ride while I was waiting which is a service many… dealerships offer.

  • Oil Chg, Tire Rotate, and cab filter replace

    Left car for the day to have this sevice completed. Shuttle staff very nice. Service Rep very nice as well but had wrong receipt in my folder with my keys,..rang up the CC Charge and I questioned because didn't have cab filter on the… charges....also was diesal oil. Had to credit that charge. She found the correct receipt and we verified all was done....fine and good, also gave me my discount based on Cadillac coupons I had. I did notice the car was washed somewhat...windshield was still dirty...bug spots and just not clean. Then they parked and the sprinklers came on so it got all spotted again. Overall service was good....just not pleased with what should have been a clean car?

    I can't say enough about AutoNatiion and their maintenance team. I've not let anybody maintain my car other than them. They always seem eager to do the work, do a great job, fast to get an appointment, and prompt on the work. They are… very courteous also.

    My Chevy has been in the shop so much I have many different experiences. This last one due to the wrong information being communicated from service to tech they had my vehicle 9 days and couldn’t find what was wrong. Never called me to… give an update. I had to call. I had to rent a car and still waiting for reimbursement on that since the issue finally was diagnosed as warrantied. But I’m the one that has to call to find out what’s going on. Other than that everyone is nice. Still waiting.

    Our vehicle broke down on our way from DFW to Colorado. We left the vehicle at AutoNation Chevy in Amarillo over the weekend and when we came back through the next week, it was repaired. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Courtesy… driver gave us a ride with all our luggage to the rental car location.

    Went in to get my oil changed, and was retreated with the highest of respect. Very clean restrooms, and waiting area with a great TV. They were respectful of my time and me as a person which I greatly appreciated.

    We experienced “reduced power” on the first day of travelling from Texas to Washington and were towing our car and transporter. We limped to Autonation Chevrolet in Amarillo for an early Monday morning appointment. Being a first time hauler… we were apprehensive about unhooking the trailer. The staff immediately produced Josh who knew exactly what he was doing and helped us out on the spot. Ann the service manager let us leave the rig in the parking lot overnight as a part was coming in overnight. First thing Tuesday the part was installed and josh helped put together our rig and we said goodbye to the fabulous people at Aitonation that now felt like friends if not family. We will never forget how kind everyone was.
