    Called first and sent thru financial application, told them I had a co-signor also. I never heard from them again. My credit is not that bad with 705 on on credit bureau site. Complete discrimination because I am an older woman. They don't want to deal with women. Their website says they work with all sorts of credit. Also, you can't get to the place. You have to fly to Houston, take a cab to bus station, take the bus to a gas station on the highway south of Houston. The dealership will not pickup people at bus stop and it is 7 miles onto Alvin, TX. Guess they expect you to buy a $20,000. Car and then hitch-hike out to their place.

    AVOID! They bring you in and then tell you the real story. there is an additional charge of $2,000 for..... processing fees, "Golden Plains Environmental paint and Interior protection" (another way to say invisible $500 adder) They are [non-permissible content removed] and a typical Used car, dishonest group. Those that think they leave happy will soon catch on, they were scammed

    I typically give businesses a 3 strikes rule, so as to let lesser offenses slide with a benefit of the doubt. However, the service conducted at Auto Boutique is simply unforgivable. First, they say that a car I saw on Edmunds was available, and I called the morning of. That afternoon, I arrived with cash in hand ready to test drive and make a purchase if everything checked out. They made me wait for 30+ minutes to tell us that we could take it for a 10 minute test drive. Then another 20 minutes passed and a salesperson came out, mildly apologetic, and states that the car is actually being test driven and is not currently available to look at. We ask if it'll take another hour or so. He says no, maybe it wilI be back tomorrow as it's an "extended test drive". On a 2015 Camry? What? And get this – the Edmunds listing states that the car has no accidents, but upon viewing the CarFax, it was actually involved in an accident with moderate damage (airbag deployment). You can either call this horrendously misleading or outright lie so that they can get us to come on their lot, waste 3 hours of our day including round trip transportation, only to look at their other cars on the lot because the "too good to be true" listing on Edmunds was really just a ploy. Honestly, shame on you for using shady business tactics. Please understand that customers who are smart enough to see through your dishonesty will take offense to being conned, and not want to waste anymore time looking at your other cars if the one they specifically sought out is mysteriously ~unavailable~. I also find it interesting that your employees do not wear masks inside the store? I will give credit to the few that I saw keeping it on inside, but I saw far too many for my comfort. I'm very unsettled by the poor business practices that I witnessed today, so kindly enjoy this review and do better.

    I tried to enquire on an edmunds listing from this dealer. I requested to be contacted by text. I had one question, had cash in hand ready to purchase. The text that I received as a reply was trying to mine my personal data and had nothing to do with the vehicle or the question I asked. First they wanted a telephone number to call. I reminded that I wanted a text response to the number already given. Then they wanted an email address. Then a last name.... None of the 10 text messages I received from them either confirmed the availability of the vehicle or the question I asked on price. I was told I would be contacted as soon as a member of the team was available. My question wasn't that difficult that it should take over 2 hours for a response.

    Anthony was my salesman. I visited the week before to test drive SUV 's. All websites continually named Auto Boutique as BELOW other dealerships and individuals. Anthony was so accommodating, kind and gracious, he is the reason I decided that whatever it was, I would but from them. The next week found the car I wantwd, Christian gave a faor trade in and Wiem workwd out the finance. GREAT place, I will recommend to everyone

    I called 5 times to inquire on a vehicle was sent to voicemail 4 times on the 5th time a woman answered and quickly put me on hold. was on hold for 5 minutes before I just hung up. pretty bad customer service if you ask me.

    The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable without being pushy or using high-pressure tactics. There were plenty of Cars & SUVs to choose from and all the vehicles we looked at were in great condition, with wholesale prices. We found one we liked but it had just arrived and while we completed the paperwork they detailed the vehicle so we could take it home that night. There were a couple of finishing touches that were needed (to satisfy my picky nature) and when we took it back, they followed through with their promise to comply with my requests. It’s a great vehicle and we love it. Ask for Sales Associate Christian Cortez he knows how to make a customer happy and he’ll treat you right.
