The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable without being pushy or using high-pressure tactics. There were plenty of Cars & SUVs to choose from and all the vehicles we looked at were in great condition, with wholesale prices. We found one we liked but it had just arrived and while we completed the paperwork they detailed the vehicle so we could take it home that night. There were a couple of finishing touches that were needed (to satisfy my picky nature) and when we took it back, they followed through with their promise to comply with my requests.
