What a deal!
by Louisjf on 02/08/2015I saw a 2014 Scion Xd on line at Lithia Toyota of Abilene that I just had to have. I live in South Carolina and was not about to travel 2260 miles round trip for a mediocre deal. Mike Mizikar made me such a good deal with without any… pressure and was very impressed with his knowledge and friendly demeanor. He took care of all paperwork and sent it with a pre paid overnight envelope. After the deal was done, he picked me up at airport and went over every aspect of purchase, loan, and maintenance. He showed me the car and all it's functions, even set up my phone on Bluetooth. I had a great trip back home in my new car! I could have gone to a local dealer, but I wouldn't have received a better deal. It's not every day that I'll travel 2260 miles for a car purchase. I even got a surprise package today in the mail from Mike. Gourmet cookies!!! Thanks Mike for the excellent service and awesome deal.Great Experience!

We were having a hard time choosing between two cars and he allowed me all the time I needed to make my decision without… pressuring me. He was willing to let me take both cars and drive them for a day to help me make my decision. He did not try to sway me towards one car or the other and was always willing to answer my questions. This is our second purchase from Lithia and we have loved the service department as well. We will definitely do business with them again in the future!Returning Customer

Our experience in the purchase of a certified pre-owned car and the outstanding customer service that followed brought us back. Kyle Corr continued the excellence… previously shown by Lithia in how he handled business that day, even better than the previous experiences. It was not a long, drawn-out haggling process as I have experienced every other time at other dealerships and yet I still walked away with a deal $2000 better than offered from a closer Toyota dealership. I will not hesitate to recommend Lithia Toyota of Abilene to anyone inquiring about a car dealer.Great Sales Team
by Aaron86123 on 12/30/2014My wife and I were shopping for a SUV with a third row. We decided to stop at Lithia Toyota first to look at a Highlander. Ken Terry met us as soon as we pulled in. He asked us what we were looking for, and then matched us with the vehicles… that met our criteria. He went above and beyond and showed us other vehicles that were on our shopping list that they happened to have on the lot. This saved us an enormous amount of time. Overall, shopping at Lithia was a great experience. Ken did everything he could to help us out in the buying process. We went in with no intention of purchasing a vehicle, but Ken made the process so smooth and found us exactly what we were looking for that we left with a new Highlander. If your shopping for a vehicle Lithia is by far the best dealership in Abilene. Their sales team is committed to customer service, and outclasses Arrow Ford and Lawerence Hall in all aspects.Prius Purchase, Awesome

He did everything to make the car buying experience pleasant. If he could not answer… a question he would find the person who could answer it. Brody did not pressure us but let us look, drive and decide which car was best for us. Consequently, we chose a 2014 Toyota Avalon. We are very pleased with our purchase.New Car Purchase

I have never owned a Toyota and was intent on buying the newer Ford but had to check out a… Toyota my best friend has one so I thought I would see what they had to offer The sales consultant Jay Fellers was very helpful. It was my first experience of buying a car alone He was very knowledgeable in all aspects He explained everything in a way that anyone could understand it. Very friendly not hassling like most sales personnel I have been to three other dealerships and most had to have it there way. I was not going through the dealership to finance everyone gave me a hard time on that but Lithia Toyota did not have a problem with it I guess they knew how it is to have a bank you can trust just like a dealership that is there for you not themselves. I LOVE my new Venza and I have a dealership that I will return to for my next purchase. If you go to Lithia Toyota look up JAY FELLERS he is an awesome consultant cant get any better than he is. Took care of all my wants in a vehicle and out did Ford by a long shot even set up my first service appointment. Thanks Lithia Toyota of Abilene.We were treated like they wanted our business!
by thewatcher1 on 10/21/2014After having a less than favorable experience in Midland with a Toyota dealer that obviously did not think they needed our business I talked to Ken Terry on the phone and he immediately let me know that they did not have what we were… looking for, but he would find it. He did! We ended up with a model year newer vehicle with more options for a better price. The value of what we got far exceeded what we were shown in Midland! On top of that we got a better price on our trade in. Some would say that it all boiled down to price, but in the end we spent a little more on the vehicle but we were treated as if they wanted our business. It is hard to explain how in Midland we were only about $1,800 apart on completing a deal, but never felt like they wanted or needed our business. Instead we got more vehicle, drove over 300 miles round trip and still felt better about the car we purchased and how we were treated. Everybody at this dealership treated us as if it was their job to make sure we knew they wanted our business! We never felt pressured to purchase the 4 Runner even though they had brought it in for us to look at, it was part of the service. If you are looking for a Toyota and are within driving distance, call them! Call Ken! If you are in the Abilene area and you need to know just how good you have it.... come to Midland and see what kind of service you get!Proud to drive another Toyota
by debra30 on 10/06/2014I have been doing research looking for a used Toyota 4 Runner. Honestly I looked all over Texas. The past 2 days have been a roller coaster of emotions. If you are looking or even thinking about a new car please consider a Toyota and… PLEASE let me give you the name of the amazing salesman in Abilene TX at Lithia Toyota of Abilene, TX. His name is Mark Harris. His name and number will stay in my phone. I have been in sales a long time. This man is good and honest at what he does! Amazing does not do justice in his serving me the past month! Ron Morton also because he too treated me with a kindness and thoughtfulness that will head me back to Abilene to consider for my next Toyota! God through Mark blessed me with the ownership of a 2012 Pearl White Toyota 4 Runner with low mileage! I will not spend time in details but at one point in this process I was ready to walk out and leave. 3 men looked at me when I smiled with a face that reminded me of a BAD situation when I was considering looking to get a newer one a couple of years ago. I was in Lewisville, TX at the Toyota dealership. I will never go back to that one ever again. However, Mark Harris is the reason I said yes in Abilene, TX. He is good at what he does. He and Ron's heart are in it for the right reason. They treat people the way they want to be treated and I blessed because of that! Thanks Lithia of Abilene I am a walking ad for you. I have not talked about the details but I have let people know I am so glad I made the 3 hour drive.
