I would not recommend this dealership
by Asif jamal on 09/27/2020They called me and texted me for the AWD RAV4 LE. They told me final price would be 28700. I went there and they gave me paper of & 29200. They try to sell me other car XLE version. I would not recommend. I would not recommend this… dealership.Derek Fleming

I got a call back from the rudest salesman I have ever dealt with. If you want to deal with dealing with a salesman that gives… you the run-around and wasting your time go to Performance Toyota. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to make me spend more than I was prepared to! He was kind (as was everyone we… encountered at the dealership), and answered all of my questions. He even called the next day to make sure I was still happy with my choice. My salesman Calvin and general manager Lamont facilitated the car buying experience by working with sales management to negotiate a fair price. I am so happy with… my new RAV-4 and with the extensive hospitality and assistance provided by Calvin and Lamont. The process was challenging, but again I'm very happy with my purchase. My first contact was online and they responded quickly. I got the exact car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I have not had any… contact with the service department yet, so I can not comment on them, but buying was an easy, pleasant process. on my quest to buy a new car I went to 6 different dealerships altogether and none of the other ones treated me that friendly, fair and professional. I can definitely recommend this dealership.Jack Barron is the salesman for me!

He was polite, attentive, prompt, and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns about the vehicle… before I stepped foot into the dealership. The dealership was located about 6 ½ hours from my home so I had quite a few questions that I needed answered before I trekked over there! Actually, truth be told, I was not originally sold on the car but Jack was instrumental in my decision to purchase it. Honestly, it was a pleasure working with Jack. He worked out a fair price and the vehicle was in the condition that it was described as by him prior to my arrival. I would not have purchased the vehicle if it was not in the same condition as described, so I valued his honesty (it had a few very minor scratches, likely from shopping carts that Jack mentioned when I asked before I went in) when it came to the condition of the car. I love my new-to-me car and I highly recommend Jack!Problem Solved!

Even though it took strong words to push them into action, Performance Toyota ultimately bargained with me fairly. Under these even… bargaining conditions, I agreed to pay for the navigation system and Performance Toyota agreed to switch my car with a new one without making me to a trade in. I think Performance Toyota has learned its lesson and it no longer deserves the prior harsh rating. Let this be a lesson for car salesmen and car buyers: make sure to fully understand the technology in your car before making any deals!

Might have found a good sales person, but good luck when you try to get service. The Service Manager Roy Adams has clearly set up a "Policy" driven service department instead of a "customer" service department. I was supposed to wait 1 hour so they could get authorization from Toyota Corp. to change my oil! Do not be fooled by the "Free Maintenance" it is not free and will place you on the bottom of the priority list for repairs. Waited 1 1/2 hours prior for an oil change. Will never go back there again.....
