I recently bought a trade-in vehicle from Jack Barron from the Performance Toyota dealership in Memphis. He was absolutely fantastic! He was polite, attentive, prompt, and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns about the vehicle before I stepped foot into the dealership. The dealership was located about 6 ½ hours from my home so I had quite a few questions that I needed answered before I trekked over there! Actually, truth be told, I was not originally “sold” on the car but Jack was instrumental in my decision to purchase it. Honestly, it was a pleasure working with Jack. He worked out a fair price and the vehicle was in the condition that it was described as by him prior to my arrival. I would not have purchased the vehicle if it was not in the same condition as described, so I valued his honesty (it had a few very minor scratches, likely from shopping carts that Jack mentioned when I asked before I went in) when it came to the condition of the car. I love my new-to-me car and I highly recommend Jack!
