    Extremely poor experience. Had to have my car towed to the location on Friday and was contacted on Saturday regarding having my fobs re keyed. The problem was not the fobs, they opened and locked the doors without issue. The technician said it might be the battery and I asked him to check it and if that was the case to call me back and I would purchase a battery and come get my car. I didn't receive a call so I called back on Monday and was told it wasn't the key fob and it wasn't the battery and I would definitely receive a call later in the day. I waited until Wednesday morning and called again to see why I had not been called regarding the problem with my car. I was told it was supposed to have been checked on Monday but they would definitely get back to me on Wednesday. Around 6:20 PM Wednesday I received a call stating the problem was a dead battery and I would have to wait for them to order one, I informed them I would purchase a battery and bring it to the dealership, have my husband install it and we would be on our way. I also asked if there would be a charge for the services and was told there would be no charge. We arrived around noon on Thursday and they jumped off the car, we drove it home and continued to drive it for a couple of more errands. Each time it started without fail. On Friday it did fail so we replaced the battery with the new one. From what we were told the old battery had a bad cell and that was causing the issue. Yes, we needed a new battery but why did it take 4 working days for the technicians to discover that. I will never have my car serviced here again.

  • My Pathfinder journey..

    After a 5+ hour saga we were able to make a deal that we could live with. We purchased the "Rock Creek" Pathfinder which was a little bit more of a truck than we started out after. But now after driving it we find that it is the best auto we have ever owned. Granted we have only been in it a week but so far it has performed better than we expected. I have owned many other Nissan cars and trucks over the years and this one I hope will give me the value that the others have. Thank you Phobe and happy Birthday!!!

    The customer service was great! Ms. Grandberry kept me informed during the time my vehicle was being serviced. She explained what needed to be repaired and why. I didn’t expect to have my vehicle back as soon as I did. My vehicle had to be towed to the service department to be repaired so I assumed it would take a while to be repaired. As of now, my crossover is back working as if it never needed repairs. Great job Ms. Grandberry and service technicians. I definitely didn’t need a new car note! Keep up the great work and service.
