Great Customer Service

The customer service was great! Ms. Grandberry kept me informed during the time my vehicle was being serviced. She explained what needed to be repaired and why. I didn’t expect to have my vehicle back as soon as I did. My vehicle had to be towed to the service department to be repaired so I assumed it would take a while to be repaired. As of now, my crossover is back working as if it never needed repairs. Great job Ms. Grandberry and service technicians. I definitely didn’t need a new car note! Keep up the great work and service. Customers like me definitely appreciate you!
