Best Dealer To Get a Best Deal
by Praveen Kumar on 06/20/2023We had a fabulous experience buying a 2023 Odyssey from Auto Nation Honda Covington Pike. Four people made the experience a breeze and memorable. My sales consultant is Tremaine Wilson, the sales manager is John Barnes, from finance is… Robert Wooten III & Tony Gray. An email followed by a call with Trey Wilson made us visit the dealership on 06/03/23 evening, and we traded in our 2020 Prius and got 23 Odyssey. As a customer, I aimed to get the best value for the money. Although the goal of the business is to make a profit, I can for sure say that Auto Nation Honda Covington Pike's goal is to make a profit in the long run by giving value to fellow humans and long-term human relationships. All four I mentioned above were patient enough to answer all my questions and listen to my requests, and they gave us the best deal on the trade-in and the new car. In addition, they gave me a better deal on the service contract and additional add-ons, which were essential (from my perspective) to get. My wife and me, along with our two friends, were pleased to deal with the team of four who handled our deal. As we all know, Honda has introduced Honda Service Pass, complimentary maintenance for 2023 vehicles, and Odyssey is the first one out of them. When I asked for prepaid maintenance plans, the finance guys mentioned the service pass and complimentary maintenance from Honda, which can be availed at their dealership. In addition, there were a couple of door seal issues. One was identified the day we took the car, and the next one, I informed Trey the following Monday. He was happy to help me and mentioned it was a factory defect and would be covered by Honda, and I could come back once the parts arrived and have them changed. I am grateful to have come across the beautiful team at the AutoNation Honda Covington Pike. I am looking forward to this relationship, which includes getting our future cars from them, and I will recommend them to my friends and family.Hi Praveen, our Staff is dedicated to providing all our guests with outstanding customer service and quality work you can trust! Sales Teamm Upfront and willing to Negotiate

Did not fix problem with BRAND NEW CRV HYBRID
by Unsatisfied on 05/29/2023I only gave this rating 1 star just because of the friendliness of Terrell that helped me and the turn around of the car in the same day after having to have my brand new 2023 Honda-CRV towed in foe a Critical Power System Failure that left… my NEW car undriveable. Said it was a sensor and was good to go. I sit writing this review as my car sits in their shop with the SAME problem and I am without a vehicle. So it would be ZERO stars if it was based in the work provided. Not sure if this is a service problem or a Honda lemon problem. This car went into limp mode without any warning leaving the car immoblized. If it would have happened on an interstate, I would have been killed. I bought a Honda based on their quality and longevity. We will see what becomes of this second repair. As far as questions concerning quote of repair and price, my car is still under warranty so we're not applicable.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention.
