It doesn’t matter if you have an appt for service or not!! You will sit for 2 hours or more before they even get to your car!! I have used this place since 19 when I bought my Honda and have always had to wait WITH AN APPT for 1/12 - 21/2 hours, when the oil change only actually took 30 mins. They company don’t seem to care that they don’t tell you that when you make appt or while you sit wasting your day away! AutoNation you NEED to do MUCH BETTER!
