I called to get an oil change and tire rotation and they got me scheduled right away. If ones not there you… it doesn’t matter because they are all transparent and take care of you! They are not pushy but rather very knowledgeable and treat you like you matter. Vehicle was ready when promised and service was great as always. Bad servive
by Dennis on 12/07/2020I took my 2008 jeep wrangler in for a check engine light.Crown said it was a bad catalytic converter although it was only 2 months old.Said it was $3500.00 to fix.I then took it to a muffler shop they said there is nothing wrong with the… converters just a bad o2 sensor fixed my problems for $98.00.Why would anybody go to this place just run.Dennis, We appreciate your review and apologize if there was some confusion. When you brought the vehicle to us you had had an aftermarket catalytic converter and oxygen sensors installed in it. Per FCA, with any emissions issue that involves aftermarket parts the first step in a diagnosis per FCA is to remove the aftermarket components and replace with OEM parts. This is what we recommended. We believe that you have not driven the vehicle enough to confirm the repair performed by your muffler shop. Gas in deisel fuel tank!

This is the best service dept I have ever been to and I am 72 and have used many dealerships in my life time!!! I would… recommend this dealer no matter how far you have to drive!!! Thanks Crown RAM. My RAM 2500 is doing great!! This dealership got me back on the road as we were traveling from Gatlinburg to Birmingham, Alabama. by Gary on 10/16/2020Having just moved from out of state, I was very happy at how quickly a service appointment was made for my Ram 1500 4X4, ecodiesel. Also, I made a last minute maintenance request and it was promptly arranged. I do not remember the last… name but the service person who took care of my appointment was Thomas. Not only was service accomplished with care and courtesy, a potential hazardous safety issue was noticed and brought to my attention and subsequently repaired. I am very pleased with all who ensured my experience was positive. Special thanks should go to Thomas, Dave, and Marguerite. This dealership has my customer loyalty. The Service Department expedited the inspection and certification process so I could complete the purchase.
