I can’t remember the persons name but they were backed up and she came by to inform me with updates which I appreciated. I also want to commend Caleb from my last service, he went above and beyond to get my truck ready to take home, I must have overlooked my service rating last time, I wanted him to know how much I appreciated his outstanding service and also thank Crown and the management team.
